What the product actually does today

Plan it. Script it. Film it.
Post it. Learn from it.

Eight features, one pipeline — from the first messy idea to the numbers that tell you if it worked. No roadmap items, no “coming soon.”

01Idea capture

Catch every idea the second it lands.

Every brand gets a stickies wall for dumping ideas the moment they hit — messy is fine. Promote a sticky to the board when it’s worth developing, or leave it to sit.

When one has run its course, archive it — it steps out of the way without being destroyed, so an old idea is never more than a look away.

02AI drafting

One click from sticky to shootable script.

Turn a sticky into a full draft: a hook, a script written in beats with b-roll and CTA call-outs, and a caption. Not happy with it? Leave feedback and generate another revision — the model keeps your brief and prior revisions in view.

Every AI-drafted item is stamped “AI draft — review before filming” until you’ve reviewed it. Nothing posts, films, or ships on its own.

Assign an item to a series and the draft follows that series’ own hook style and structure, not just your brand’s average voice — exemplars are pulled from that series first, too.

03Film day

A teleprompter built for filming, not editing.

Scripted items queue up with large, adjustable text, the hook rendered up front, and next/prev controls to move through your queue hands-free.

A prep list collects every b-roll call-out across the whole queue, so you can shoot cutaways in one pass instead of hunting through scripts. One tap marks an item filmed and moves it along the board.

04Calendar & planning

Every brand’s month, in one calendar.

A month calendar shows everything planned, across every brand. When a week’s thin, “Plan your week” proposes a schedule from your backlog, weighted toward each series’ target share of the week — review it slot by slot and swap any date before you commit.

Connect Google Calendar for two-way sync, scoped to the brands you choose. Only titles and dates are shared — your scripts, hooks, and captions never leave the encrypted side of the app.

05Insights & the retro loop

What worked shapes what gets written next.

Log views, likes, comments, shares, and saves per platform, and write a short retro note on why it worked. Run “Analyze performance” and the retro analyst reads your top and bottom performers — alongside the exact engagement numbers and every draft you’ve accepted, rejected, or revised — and proposes voice rules that capture both what your audience rewards and what you keep editing toward.

You accept, edit, or dismiss each rule. Accepted rules become part of your brand’s voice, so every future draft is written with them in mind — and the loop compounds.

06Multi-brand workspaces

Run every brand from one account.

Run more than one brand from the same account, each with its own voice, cadence target, and series palette — content, drafts, and voice rules never cross between brands.

Invite teammates by email with an Owner or Member role; owners manage members and brand settings, members work the board.

08Daily digest

Four things, every morning at 8.

One email at 8am with what needs your attention: items due today, how your posting cadence is pacing against your target, what’s queued to film, and which posted items are still owed their metrics.

No noise beyond that — just the four things worth checking each morning.

Bring your whole pipeline into one place.
